Vision Statement

To establish a National Community Ministry called Operation Joel that seeks God for empowerment through the anointing: 

• To provoke God to release his anointing upon the Detroit Metro Area to break off yokes on the lives of people.
• To provoke God to cause his anointing to open the eyes and ears of believers and ministers that they may complete their destiny on the earth.
• To provoke ministers and pastors to educate and train others about ACTS 1:8.
• To provoke God on how to train and empower the youth for evangelism.
• To provoke ministers and pastors, especially women pastors, to assist in managing and maintaining Operation Joel. 

Missions Statement

Operation Joel’s primary goal is to implement regular Holy Ghost Fire Prayer meetings to create an atmosphere whereby the anointing will come upon individuals to empower and/or birth ministries.

The Strategy:

• Host weekly prayer meetings to release the Holy Ghost Fire upon people with the spoken word and with the doctrine of laying on of hands.
• Establish Operation Joel houses led by Coordinators
• Identify and train Operation Joel Instructors.
• Host two Operation Joel Holy Ghost Fire Youth Crusades annually.  This youth group will be called The Joseph Generation.
• Host an Operation Joel Holy Ghost Fire Crusade for women annually.  This women’s group will be called The Daughters of Abraham.
• Host an Operation Joel Holy Ghost Fire Crusade for men per year. This men’s group will be called The Sons of God.
